Features: The Wedge wire screen pipe consists of two parts: support wires and screen wires. The support wires can be round wires, triangular wires, trapezoidal wires, etc., while the profile wires are triangular wires (V-shaped wires). It has precise slot size and high filtration accuracy, along with advantages such as a sturdy structure, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical properties, long service life, and safety and reliability. It can be used for filtering various media.

Applications: As a porous water filtration device, the continuous wire-wound welded screen pipe can be used in conjunction with deep-well pumps and submersible pumps. It is also applicable in water treatment equipment, environmental protection, desalination treatment (converting seawater into industrial water and domestic water), tap water treatment, water softening treatment, the petrochemical industry, terminal filtration of petroleum products, filtration of acidic and alkaline chemical liquids, and recovery filtration of organic solutions such as alcohol.

Product Performance: The continuous slots significantly increase its flow area; therefore, under the same resistance, the flow rate is notably higher.
